Various types of facilities offer mammography:
- outpatient medical imaging centers
- hospital radiology or diagnostic imaging departments
- women's centers
- obstetrics/gynecology (OBGYN) clinics

This database lists mammography locations within the fifty U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
